This year, in 2020, we welcomed new team members and grew from 2 to 5 people!

Admittedly, the Covid crisis hit quite a few equipment rental businesses. Even so, activity on Lokki was in full swing this year!

Last year, at the same time, we had 2,000 bookings. Things are moving fast, and big 💪
Other interesting figures that show the rental boom:
- €2,800,000 in business volume generated on Lokki since May 2020
- Logged in 6 days out of 7 on average: that's how often our rental businesses use Lokki

- More than a month of work by the whole team to get everything ready

Thanks to the boost from the ProDays, this year also saw our first appearances in the press.
In the French national press, Lokki featured in Le Parisien and Aujourd'hui en France.

Rental is here to stay ✨
We already predicted it in a previous article: rental is becoming part of everything. Take (just) 2 minutes to think about all the products that can be rented!
We all see the same thing: owning is out of date! Nothing is bought, everything is rented. This is the rise of the usage economy. Every sector is affected: Ikea, Decathlon, Bocage and Fnac/Darty are all launching rental offers.
And we see it concretely at Lokki 👇
More than 1/4 of meeting requests come from businesses that are getting into equipment rental.
More and more large store chains / retailers are contacting us to launch rental projects.
With Lokki, we are only at the beginning of the journey to digitise the entire rental value chain. Lokki aims to connect the whole rental ecosystem: from the supplier to the rental business, all the way to the end customer.
