I am the reservations manager at the company's headquarters in Tours, where I handle all requests for our four agencies and business clients. With its network of four rental locations along the Loire River, Détours de Loire offers bike rentals (all types, including standard, trekking, and electric bikes) and guides travelers to the most beautiful cycling routes. We also provide accessories (anti-theft devices, pumps, repair kits, panniers, trailers, etc.). You pick up your bike at one location and drop it off at another. We take care of returning the rented equipment to the starting point. We have a network of four agencies in Orléans, Tours, Blois, and Nantes, as well as a network of partners for bike returns, notably in Angers, Saumur, and Chinon.

Détours de Loire was founded in 2005 in Tours. We then expanded along the Loire à Vélo cycle route, from Orléans to Nantes. We rent bikes and accessories for cycling trips, mainly on the Loire à Vélo route . We offer several types of hybrid bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes, children's bikes and, for the past two years, gravel bikes. We also offer trailers and accessories for children and luggage. Rental is one of our company's three main areas of activity, along with bike sales and repairs at our agencies in Tours, Blois, and Orleans.
