I joined Espace Émeraude in Bergerac in March 2019, after living in the Paris region. I've been working in the motorized gardening industry for 33 years! What I love about this job is its diversity and versatility—there's never a dull moment, and everyone in the team is on the same wavelength: our priority is customer satisfaction.

The challenge of

Our challenge was simply to adapt to two new consumer demands: the rental of motorized gardening equipment and online booking. In the past, owning a lawn mower was a status symbol. Today, that's no longer the case: mowing the lawn is a chore, and while people still want their 4,000 square meters of lawn to be well maintained, they no longer want to invest in equipment that was previously considered a leisure activity.

How did Lokki help you? 

It's much easier today because the whole team has visibility on the rental schedule. When a customer needs a machine, when equipment is unavailable, we know in real time.

 It saves time and means we don't have to call each other to check all this information, as we used to do before. We used to get a lot of calls before Lokki. It saves us stress and mistakes.

Customers can also make reservations themselves on the website, which is a plus for our quality of service.

The advantage is that we quickly learned how to use the Lokki platform, even though I was apprehensive about the change. The most time-consuming part was registering our entire fleet, but after that, everything went smoothly!
