My name is Florent, and I am the manager of the liquids department and also in charge of the equipment rental project at PromoCash Carcassonne.
The rental service was already in place when I joined the store. From the outset, I noticed that there was room for improvement, particularly in terms of management. 
So I started looking for a solution to my problems. I tried many things, but without success.

I was looking for a solution that would allow me to centralize my business in one place. A solution that was easy to use, allowing me to manage rentals, edit contracts, and have an overview of my income and expenses.  

How did Lokki help you? 

BeforeLokki, I managed rentals with Google Calendar and drew up contracts with Word. This meant I had to manually modify all contracts all the time. Now, I just search for my client in the database and with a few clicks, the rest is done automatically.
